If you’re in or around Chester, you won’t find a better chiropractor. I’ve been seeing Lili for years now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more highly. Not only is she an exceptional chiropractor, but her knowledge goes far beyond adjustments—she has a deep understanding of overall health and wellbeing, which really sets her apart. Every visit feels personalised, and I always leave feeling better, both physically and with a clearer understanding of how to look after my body long-term. I see Emma on a regular basis for my various aches and pains. It’s the most effective treatment I’ve had for my lower back pain of 10+ years. Wanted to say a huge thank you to Lili for helping our son (4 months old), progress and meet milestones over the past few months. We have been taking him to see Lili since he was 3 weeks old due to severe torticollis and a traumatic birth, and it has been a journey to relieve his little body from tension and increase his neck mobility over time. I would like to thank Lili for educating my husband and I along the way so we can best help him in between sessions. Would 100% recommend Lili for her professional and friendly nature, we will be sad to not have our regular sessions as our baby has always enjoyed them, but happy that Lili feels confident in discharging him due to his fantastic progress. Lili has been absolutely fantastic over the course of 5 sessions with our baby boy. She is such a font of knowledge, caring and her support has been second to none. We now have a much happier, more settled baby and it is fantastic to see how much progress he has made over the course of our time together. Anyone who'se babies are struggling with feeding, stiffness, discomfort, crying all the time- I can't recommend Lili enough. We visited Lili with our newborn daughter. I was suffering pain during breastfeeding and having to use nipple shields and although baby was getting plenty of milk, she was struggling with wind and constipation to the point that she (and therefore I) couldn't sleep. After our first session with Lili, baby did a poo and slept in longer chunks that night. I wasn't sure what to expect but Lili is very knowledgeable and so gentle with baby. We continued with the movements she showed us and over a couple of weeks the issues with wind lessened significantly and baby's latch improved to the point I didn't need the shields anymore. We only needed two sessions and I can now feed her without any pain. We highly recommend Lili to anyone struggling with similar issues.
