Laetitia “Lili” Denholm, Chiropractor, is the founder of Vitality Chiropractic Chester and a family-focused chiropractor with over a decade of clinical experience.

Lili trained as a chiropractor in France and Canada after initially studying medicine.

Emma Jones, Chiropractor, is a warm, approachable practitioner who is passionate about supporting people of all ages to move more freely, feel more comfortable, and support their overall wellbeing through personalised chiropractic care.

Laetitia “Lili” Denholm, Chiropractor, is the founder of Vitality Chiropractic Chester and a family-focused chiropractor with over a decade of clinical experience.

Lili trained as a chiropractor in France and Canada after initially studying medicine.

Her approach to care is gentle, adaptable, and grounded in a strong understanding of how the body moves and functions as a whole. She uses a range of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified, SOT (Sacro-Occipital Technique), cranio-sacral approaches, Applied Kinesiology (AK), Activator, and Webster Technique, allowing care to be tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and stage of life.

As a mum of two, Lili has a particular interest in pregnancy, postpartum care, babies, and children. She enjoys supporting families and is especially interested in how movement, posture, sensory input, and early motor patterns contribute to overall wellbeing.

Alongside chiropractic care, Lili continues to develop her knowledge in primitive reflex integration and sensory-motor development, reflecting her commitment to ongoing learning and a whole-person approach to care.

Outside of the clinic, Lili values balance and movement in everyday life. She enjoys spending time with her family, walking their dog, and prioritising Yoga, Pilates, and strength training — values that naturally shape the way she approaches care in practice.

Emma is trained in both McTimoney and traditional chiropractic techniques and brings nearly two decades of experience from the health and fitness field.

Her background as a personal trainer, sports lecturer, and sports therapist allows her to take a thoughtful, whole-person approach to care, considering movement, lifestyle, and individual needs alongside physical findings.

As a mum of two, Emma understands the physical and practical demands of family life and enjoys supporting individuals and families looking for natural, and non-invasive ways to manage pain, movement challenges, and everyday strains.

Outside of the clinic, Emma values an active and balanced lifestyle. She enjoys strength training and staying active, which naturally informs the way she supports patients in building confidence in movement and long-term physical resilience.
